My name is Sam, and as you can tell, I'm a very special guy. Not only am I one of those spectacular house panthers that everyone loves so much, I've got super special "Spidey senses" that help me navigate my surroundings with amazing grace and confidence. Maybe that doesn't seem very special to you at first, but when you realize that I'm blind, I'm sure you'll agree that it's quite an accomplishment.I've been in my foster home since I was a tiny baby. I had some growing to do before I could have my surgery to remove the eyes that I was born with; they never worked well at all, and I've felt much better since my surgery. I live with other cats and get along just fine. I can climb cat trees and chase ping pong balls, but my favorite thing to do is sit in my foster mom's lap for evening snuggles. I'm looking for an adult, indoor only home that's calm and relaxed. My new parent(s) should be willing to allow me plenty of time to get to know new surroundings a little bit at a time. It would be fantastic if someone could be at home most of the time to help me get my sea legs under me! Other cats are fine with me as long as they're friendly and welcoming of a new furry family member. If you'd like to know more about me, please contact my foster mom, Terri, at terrilduncan@yahoo.com or 925-487-7279.
