I agree to provide the pet with adequate food, water, shelter, affection, socialization, exercise, medical assistance, and to strive to increase the adoptability of the pet. I agree to release and covenant to hold harmless Sweet Home Animal Rescue and it's members from any claims, damages, costs, or actions incurred because of the care or actions of the foster dog. I accept full responsibility for the dog(s) actions at all times, and release Sweet Home Animal Rescue from any liabilities or damages that may be incurred because of fostering such dog(s). I agree to have Sweet Home Animal Rescue complete reference call checks and conduct a home visit inspection to be able to approve my foster application. I agree that I will contact Sweet Home Animal Rescue if any issues come up. I agree I will not place the dog in a different foster without Sweet Home Animal Rescue permission. If an emergency occurs, I agree to contact Sweet Home Animal Rescue for further instructions. I will not take dog(s) to the vet without approval. If I do, Sweet Home Animal Rescue is not responsible for the vet bills. I agree that if I'm unable to foster the dog(s) anymore that I will return the dog(s) to Sweet Home Animal Rescue and try to give a 7 day period to try and find another suitable foster for the dog(s). If the dog(s) cannot be kept by the Foster Family, the Foster Family shall notify Sweet Home Animal Rescue immediately. The pet SHALL NOT BE SOLD, ABANDONED, RELINQUISHED TO A SHELTER OR POUND OR ANY THIRD PARTY WITHOUT THE PRIOR APPROVAL OF Sweet Home Animal Rescue . The dog(s) is and shall remain the property of Sweet Home Animal Rescue and may be removed by Sweet Home Animal Rescue from the Foster Family at anytime and without prior notice. By fostering, you are not guaranteed any rights to adopt dog(s) without prior communication with a Sweet Home Animal Rescue representative.
