For 12 years this guy lived outside while his owner enjoyed the comforts of heat and air conditioning. A yard ornament Buster was never given attention, never given vet care, and never truly loved. When is owner was sent to jail, Buster was sent to the shelter. After it became apparent his owner would not be getting released for quite a while a new home was needed for Buster. Buster needs a veterinarian as one of his eyes is injured and has never been treated, but more that that he needs love and a family to call his own.
