Adrienne 1. Overall Temperament - She is super sweet and loves to cuddle. She loves all people 2. Good with - She is good with dogs when she is slowly introduced - doesn't look like cat testing took place. 3. Good with kids - She is good with kids! 4. Energy Level - On the higher end as she is a really good exercise partner! 5. Favorite Activity - She likes to go on walks and likes car rides. 6. Bonded with - She is not bonded with any other fur siblings 7. NOT good with - She can be dog selective which is why slow intro to other dogs would be key. Adrienne's owner is retired from the military and could no longer keep her. Recently the family has been moving and traveling across the country with Adrienne and both her human and dog siblings. Adrienne has been confined to the car, small hotel rooms, and strange places for some time now and she has become extremely stressed from all the changes, so much so that she has begun to go after the other dog in her family who she has lived with for the past 3 years with no issues before this. The owner took her to a few training lessons but ultimately decided he had no choice but to euthanize her and began calling local vets. Adrienne is only 3 years old and absolutely adores humans and children, and she's been dog friendly with proper intros. Her foster says: "We've had this sweet little one for almost 3 months now. Some things about her so far.... - think she would thrive in a home with another dog. She would need a slow intro with them but she looks to our resident dog for cues on how to react in new scenarios. Plus she loves to play! - she does have separation anxiety. It is very easily managed. She has pill she takes in the morning. As soon as she got used to our routine she was so much more laid back. She has never torn up or destroyed anything. The only symptom she exhibited was having a few accidents-which is an easy thing! - she LOVES people. Any person. She wants to lick and gets pets from everyone. She is the cuddliest dog. - doesn't care much for toys so far...unless peanut butter is somehow involved. - she does OK on a leash. We are still working on her pulling when we first leave for a walk. Once she gets rid of a little energy it gets better. The hardest part is getting her harness on because she gets so excited and... She is still wanting a forever home. She has such a sweetness about her once you meet her you will fall for home!
