Meet Cadillac! Cadillac had an owner for the first 10 years of his life until that owner moved and didn't take him with. A family member took in Cadillac and tried to love him dearly, but unfortunately he went to jail and poor Caddy had no one left to look after him. When we took him in, he was covered head to toe in fleas. Cadillac has lived with kids of all ages in his previous home and they were his very best friends, however there was an incident in his adopted home with a baby - so now Caddy is back with us. All we know of the incident is that a family member was holding a baby and Cadillac bit the adult in 3 places, the baby was not harmed. Cadillac needs a very special home that understands his trauma and will work with him to feel safe and loved once again. He is a sweet, sweet senior that loves stuffies, people and long walks. When we say Cadillac loves to walk we mean he LOOOVES to walk. He strolls, takes in the sights and just generally enjoys every moment of his time outside. Super sweet, loves his people and would be the best companion for anyone! He does still have continuing skin issues and could definitely lose a few more pounds, but he says that just means there's more of him to love. He is very low energy and the most perfect snuggle potato. At first he didn't like any other dogs, but our trainer has been working with him and he's made some doggie friends.
