Meet McCoy! McCoy and his sister Breeze were seen being abandoned in a shopping center parking lot last year. Their previous owner wound up contacting us with a police report showing that his car had been stolen with them inside. The family was reunited and we thought they had their happily Furever after. Unfortunately, several months later we learned that they had been abandoned in a motel room down in Texas after their owner had gone to jail. We welcomed them back with open arms and promised them that their old life was gone for good this time. Although McCoy mostly gets along with his sister very well, they would sometimes fight over toys or attention and ultimately we had to make the decision to separate them. McCoy has been doing well with other pups though and just needs a smart owner who can make sure him and other pups play nice and get along. McCoy is well trained and knows basic commands, he prefers short walks and loves belly rubs and bones. He dislikes cats, vets, and sometimes police probably due to his previous owner's lifestyle. He never forgets meal time and would love a soft spot to nap the day away. He is a dapper and handsome man who is dubbed a twin of Samuel L Jackson according to a Tiktok of him that went viral. He has been waiting SO long for a Furever home, could you be it?
