Meet Sugar Ray Leonard, casually known as Leonard among friends. This sweet senior man was found roaming at large a few weeks ago. When you find yourself on the streets like that, you get taken to the kill shelter. When they scan you for a chip and it's unregistered, you get put on a stray hold hoping your person comes back for you, and when that hold is up and you are a senior stuck in an overcrowded shelter... You get put on the euthanasia list. It's a story we hear over and over again. And we couldn't let Leonard's story end that way. Please consider fostering or adopting this sweet senior boy, he approximately 11 years old.
