Hazel is having a second surgery to fix the screw that came loose in her hip. She was abandoned in Wichita while pregnant (right after having a litter), hit by a car and the driver left her to die, broken pelvis and smashed femur, and puppies died in utero. This little girl is a fighter and A&F is going to get her feeling great and finally living her best life. Hazel is about 4 yrs old, pocket pit, 35#, non reactive to dogs, not scared of storms. Needs her space to eat and drink, does not like to be kissed on the nose, loves the sunshine, working on potty training, and learning to walk again after being run over by a car and having extensive surgeries. Hazel needs a home with gentle people and pups that wont run her over, play rough, and potentially injure her.
