Meet Monolo! This silly boy is coming up on turning 1 year old, but has been with us for nearly 8 months now. Poor Monolo has never known a home in his entire life. When his life was just getting started, Monolo caught the deadly parvovirus. Due to the treatment cost and slim survival chances, the shelter placed him on the euthanasia list. We couldn't let him go without giving him a chance, so we rushed him to the emergency vet where he fought and beat all the odds. Now a happy, healthy pup, Monolo has been waiting and waiting for a Furever home to come along. He gets along with all dogs and is sweet with kids. He could absolutely use some puppy training for his nibbling (he only does this to adults), but we can't blame him because he's never had anyone to show him how to be a real dog before. He is our longest resident and we can't figure out why, he's spent over half his life so far with us waiting for a Furever home.
