Oscar is a 7 year young chihuahua mix who would do best in a home with children over 10 years old because he is a bit skittish and takes time to warm up. He has been lovingly nicknamed Oscar the Grouch because he can be a bit grouchy at times, usually towards other pups. In general though, he gets along with dogs and loves giving kisses. He has no issues with stairs and is a quick learner. He is house trained and kennel trained.
