Meet Bucky! Bucky is a shy flower who will blossom after he gets to know you a little bit more. He has been with us for just over one year now, but he's been waiting for a Furever home for so much longer than that even! He is part of the giant rescue mission we did last summer from the rescue that closed in Pleasanton. Prior to that, he had been at a foster's home for a very long time. He is almost 3 years old and has never actually had a family to call his own - he has grown up in the shelter system. In his previous foster home, his foster said he had a dog friend - but in our care he has really just preferred to be on his own. Change is scary for him because it's all he's known, but once he settles in he is SUCH a great boy! Rope toys are the way to his heart, he will come right out of his shell!
