Meet Marco! Marco is a shy guy who is crate trained and decent on a lead. He came to us from a rescue that closed and left all their animals to fend for themselves, in stacks and stacks of cages. He takes some time to come out of hiding, but really enjoys the company of people and other dogs once he feels comfortable. His previous rescue also claimed that he is good with cats but we don't have any way of verifying that. Marco would do best in a home with respectful or older kids, only because he is a bit timid - he has been around kids with us and has been fine. He will need a patient adopter who will give him time to adjust as he often hides around new people, but never any signs of aggression - just a bit scared.
