Meet Nala! This silly girl came to us after another rescue closed and abandoned the 100+ animals in their care who were stacked in rows of cages, never walked or cared for. Nala was a living skeleton and despite our best efforts, she is still severely underweight and skinny. Our vets have her on a special diet and B12 injections to help stabilize her stomach and get some weight on her. Nala gets along with most dogs, even small ones, but she is a bit interested in cats. She is very silly and lively, she absolutely loves sticks! Nala would do best with a family who knows the breed and can train her to be the best dog she can be. Nala struggles in a kennel and would prefer a home where she can roam and not be locked up.
