Hey there, my name is Phoebe! My foster parent says that I am a total goofball and the happiest dog that you will ever meet! I love making friends with everyone, people and animals alike. Even though I'm a little older than some of the other pups, I'm still very playful. I get along well with older children, and I do great with cats and other dogs after a proper introduction. I like to be a bit rough when I play, so I would do best in a home without small children or other high-energy dogs. I do well in a crate, and I walk nicely on a leash. I know how to sit, shake, and stay. Overall, I have a very joyful presence! I do not have front teeth, so my tongue sometimes comes out of my mouth, making for very cute pictures. I am known to make goofy faces and sigh over-dramatically, and I love rolling around on my back. I do not mind dressing up in cute outfits too. Phoebe has some chronic allergies and mild incontinence, but these are both managed very effectively by the medications she is on.
