While in foster care with Happy Bark we have learned quite a bit about Busey! We know he does well with all kinds of dogs and does great at the dog park! He is quite the couch potato after a brief walk. He just adores his foster mom and follows her everywhere she goes! Busey is a homebody and would prefer a low-key home where he knows he will be safe. He does do well out and about, but he really likes his downtime, too. Busey is house trained but prefers a comfy couch or bed over snoozing in a crate. Even though this boy is a hound mix, he isn't much of a barker or howler, like you might imagine him to be. He only barks at motorcycles (we are working on that!) and only howled one time when the fire department's whistle was blowing (we think that's pretty cute!) This boy could work in a home with other dogs or would be just fine all by himself, too. If you want a partner for life, this guy could be the one!
