Moontail is quite set in his ways. He has been at Kitty City since the beginning. He is one of the original rescued cats. He is an independent guy but loves attention from humans. He likes loves pats on his rear end and vigorous petting and rubdown sessions on the floor. But he is not fond of being picked up.
