FOSTER: Medical foster needed DESCRIPTION: Gabe went to to Urgent Care when he began to experience some respiratory difficulty and fainting spells. It was determined that Gabe's heartworm infection and large heart has advanced these symptoms. He has begun oral medications to help improve his health while he also takes medication for the heartworms. Gabe would benefit from a foster home where he can rest outside of the stress of the shelter. The vet stated that he needs to be as calm as possible, no walks or strenuous activity.
