Cara is safe now - residing at the NDLB Facilities in Canton, New York with her best friend Nana, thanks to a hero sponsor who contributed to her flight to freedom! Cara is an amazing girl! She would benefit greatly being in a home setting filled with love and kindness, a welcoming home where she can continue to heal!
