Pebbles and Chloe are bonded friends who need to be fostered together. They are sweet and cuddly but like to be part of the action in the park. During a meet and greet with a small dog, they were eager and friendly. Pebbles was doing her best play bows to initiate play with the dog while Chloe was interested in attention from the people!
