Yes, he thinks he is, but as hard as it's going to be with that face you're going to have to take control. Draco is the perfect pooch for apartment or condo and he's pretty fun to walk around the neighborhood, too. Right now Draco has no placement restrictions and is a clever little pooch just waiting to make a good impression on you. Draco has been playing nicely with small dogs and is smart enough to know that with people comes food and treats so he perks right up when a staff person enters the room.
