Is there anyone who doesn't hear that song when you read the word Mickey? Because he is so fine with that caramel colored fur and sweet little face that he really will blow your mind. Mickey is a two-year-old Terrier, Jack Russell/Retriever who is shiny and sleek with one kindest faces and a real sweetheart. The referring shelter tells us that Mickey is super sweet and that he would be happy pretty much with anyone who will love and train him to be the best dog he can be. We don't think it will take too long for that to happen. Mickey is fully grown at twenty-three-pounds though he could likely stand a couple of extra pounds. Mickey does well with other dogs and greets people nicely. There are no placement restrictions on this beauty. Like all rescues, Mickey will do best in a home who believes in a firm hand to train and discipline but also lots of love to show him that he is truly a valued member of the family. Mickey is a smart little guy who should have no trouble at all catching on to the rules and being molded into your perfect companion. Even though Mickey is no longer a puppy he is still full of energy and lots of personality. He is part Jack Russell and they tend to be pretty active and super smart. Mickey is going to make his new owners very happy especially if you enjoy being outdoors. Imagine how much fun you'll have at all the outdoor activities available here in Northeast Wisconsin. Mickey is up to date on all of his vaccinations and is neutered and will be microchipped before leaving us.
