Octavia came to PAWS when she was just three weeks old. She was terribly underweight and had a little bit of a cold. After much TLC in foster care she is now doing fantastic! She loves her best friend Keaton here at the shelter who she met in kitten room. They are looking for a home that has room for them both. She is a very affectionate girl and often thinks she's a parrot! She will crawl up your shoulder and rub on your face and give kisses. Do you have room for this sweet duo?
