Hello, I'm Pippi Longstocking! Like my namesake, I'm a playful, curious girl who will keep you laughing and entertained with my silliness for hours and hours! I'm only 11-months-old, but if you're looking for young at heart with an old soul, I'm your gal. I love short walks exploring the neighborhood, but my energy level comes in bursts and then I am ready for nap time or cuddles with my human. I'm not just looks and personality either; my training skills are on point. I'm crate trained, potty trained, easy to walk on leash, and while I'm not super interested in learning anything fancy, I've got my basic obedience down pat! I do enjoy playing with other dogs. I have good manners with other dogs and match their play style, and I'm perfectly fine letting one of the others be alpha dog. I like to play chase and run, but only in short amounts. Then I'm ready for chill time! A dog with a similar play drive would be perfect for me! Even though I do get along great with other dogs, I'd also do well in a home where the spotlight shines only on me. I really love my humans and I'd definitely be able to keep you entertained and loved with just my adorable roly-poly, clumsy puppy self. I get along well with kids, but due to my size (and I'm still not done growing!), I'd probably do better with bigger kids or with kids are already used to navigating a big, clumsy dog who might accidentally knock 'em down with my affections! I'm a calm and confident girl who is curious about the world and enjoys riding in cars. Even though I'm so young, I really do just enjoy a lazy afternoon of belly rubs after a short walk in the sunshine. I'd be perfect to take on a patios, road trips, even over to Grandma's house.
